Robert Tamplin

Robert is a retired tree surgeon with a long-standing connection to Queen Victoria Hospital and a strong commitment to supporting the local community. He previously served on the Board of Governors and has been involved in fundraising for many years, helping to raise funds for equipment that has benefited both patients and staff.

Having seen first-hand the positive impact of the hospital, with several members of his family receiving care at QVH over the years, Robert is keen to dedicate his time and experience to supporting the Trust as a Public Governor. He is committed to helping ensure the hospital continues to provide excellent care for patients across the region.

Robert lives in Caterham and has been married for more than 57 years. Family is very important to him, and he enjoys spending time with his wife, three daughters and seven grandchildren, particularly during family gatherings and holidays.
