Wi-Fi access

We provide free Wi-Fi for patients and visitors across the QVH site. Wi-Fi hotspots have been installed in all wards and outpatient waiting areas, the café and restaurant. Select NHS Wi-Fi and follow the instructions to set up your free account.

Please note that video streaming is restricted on our Wi-Fi network.

Your access to Wi-Fi is provided free of charge, but please consider making a donation to the QVH Charity, our charity dedicated to providing even better care, and a better quality of life, for patients and their families.

To donate £2 to the QVH Charity text QVHWIFI to 70085. Texts cost £2 plus one standard rate message and you will be opting in to hear more about the charity’s work and fundraising via telephone and SMS. If you would like to give £2 but do not wish to receive marketing communications, text QVHWIFINOINFO to 70085.

To report a fault

If you would like to report a fault you can email us at: qvh.freewifisupport@nhs.net the technical team will endeavour to fix the fault within 24 hours. There will be no response to your email.
