Public transport
There are a number of ways that you can access QVH by public transport.
By train
East Grinstead station is just over one mile from the hospital site. At peak times, rail services from central London leave from London Bridge or London Victoria via East Croydon approximately every half hour and take about an hour to reach East Grinstead. Up-to-date information about rail services is available from National Rail Enquiries on 08457 484950 or www.nationalrail.co.uk.
There is a taxi rank at the front of East Grinstead station and a bus stop which provides a link to the hospital approximately every 30 minutes.
Alternatively, the station is just over one mile away (25-30 mins walk dependent on health and mobility. Please note this does involve walking along footpaths that are narrow at times). Follow the signs to Tunbridge Wells, and turn left immediately before Moat Church, just past the pedestrian traffic lights. When you reach the roundabout, continue straight on and continue over the next mini roundabout. The hospital is approximately 200 metres on your left, just before the first set of pedestrian traffic lights.
Please avoid walking along Blackwell Hollow as there is no footpath.
