Why choose QVH?
Our CDC model will enable early and faster diagnosis, improve patient experience, and help us respond to health inequalities for patients and residents.
Vital tests, like the ones we provide at QVH, ensure patients receive assessments and diagnosis of their symptoms through easier, faster, and more direct access. From here a diagnosis and treatment plan can be developed, supported by high quality diagnostic results.
We have some of the best patient feedback in the country. In fact, we have just been rated number one in the country for patient experience in a CQC adult inpatient survey.
Digital connectivity
The CDC @ QVH uses a digital solution which enables all relevant multidisciplinary clinicians to
review, discuss and plan the next steps for each patient’s care. The pathway record will then be stored centrally and securely so the results can be seen digitally when you need them.
Refer to us
Once a GP practice has ICE, we can set you up to receive and view results electronically in real-time. It also means each time you refer a patient they will automatically have a digital record created – no paper, no fuss.
Not set up yet? No problem – we can do that for you. Email us at vicki.sage@nhs.net and we will arrange that for you.
Not using ICE? Email us at vicki.sage@nhs.net to discuss how you can refer your patients to us.
