Amy Hinz

Amy has worked at the Trust since 2010, starting as a student Operating Department Practitioner and has developed her career at QVH over the past 16 years. This journey has given her a deep understanding of the organisation, the people and what makes QVH a special place to work.

Amy is currently the Quality and Compliance Lead for Perioperative Services, focusing on patient safety, high standards of care and continuous improvement. She works closely with the multidisciplinary teams to support best practice, strengthen processes and help deliver positive outcomes for both patients and staff. The role allows her to see the incredible work happening across the Trust and the opportunities we have to keep improving together.

Amy is passionate about ensuring staff feel heard, valued and supported and believes strong engagement is key to delivering excellent patient care and continuous improvement.
