Jagjit Dosanjh-Elton joined the Board in October 2025.
With over 25 years of experience in finance, Jagjit has built a distinguished career across the private and charitable sector. Jagjit currently operates on a portfolio basis, as a Chief Financial Officer and Non-Executive Director for several organisations. Previously Jagjit has held senior roles at The Economist and Gemserv Limited (now part of The Talan Group).
Jagjit holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Brunel University and an MBA from Warwick Business School. Her professional journey is defined not only by strategic leadership and financial expertise, but also by a deep commitment to advancing equity and inclusion. She is a passionate advocate for creating opportunities that foster representation and social mobility across business and society.
