Glynn Roche

Glynn brings extensive experience across IT, telecommunications, and cybersecurity, alongside a track record in board-level governance. He has served as a director for two large pension schemes and continues as an active scheme trustee.

Between 2014 and 2020, Glynn served as a QVH Public Governor and Lead Governor for the Audit Committee, gaining deep insight into executive accountability and non-executive oversight. From 2016 to 2025, as Chair of a local GP Patient Participation Group, he led a team of PPG volunteers in supporting the patient community and practice through very difficult times, including CQC Special Measures. Through tremendous focus and dedication, the practice turned around and achieved a “Good” CQC rating.

Glynn is dedicated to supporting the Council of Governors, advancing its strategic objectives, and raising public awareness of QVH’s vital community contributions.
