Mentor Training Level 3

Would you like to support others within your department to complete; apprenticeships, the Care Certificate or leadership and management qualifications?  

QVH has managed to secure funding for staff to achieve the level 3 mentor award.

This programme will equip you with the knowledge and skills needed to become an effective mentor/buddy. Participants will gain a CMI qualification which will take approximately 3 months to complete.  It is unlikely to be suitable for staff who already hold a mentor qualification.
