Elsa Powell
Macmillan Breast Reconstruction Nurse Specialist
Elsa Powell undertook her degree in Adult Nursing BSc (Hons) at the University of Southampton. She qualified in 2017 and has worked across London and Kent.
She began working in acute medicine, followed by trauma and orthopaedics, before moving to a Haematology-Oncology inpatient ward and day unit. During this time, Elsa completed the Systemic Anti-Cancer Therapy module (level 7) at Canterbury Christ Church University to become a chemotherapy nurse, and then ward sister.
Elsa joined the QVH Breast Reconstruction team in her post as Macmillan Breast Reconstruction Clinical Nurse Specialist (CNS) in 2024.
