CoG meetings in public

Formal meetings of the QVH Council of Governors (CoG) take place once every three months and an Annual General of the trust is held each summer. Our foundation trust members and members of the general public are very welcome to attend.

Forthcoming meetings

Please email Corporate Governance, at qvh.corporategovernance@nhs.net ideally a week prior to the meeting to request a place and confirm the exact timings and venue.

The agenda and papers for the meetings will be available here one week before the meeting.

AGM 2026

Our next Annual General Meeting (AGM) is being held on Wednesday 16 September 2026 at 1.00 – 2.30pm, here at QVH and on Microsoft Teams.

At our AGM there will be a review of what we achieved during 2025/26 including our Annual report and accounts, and a presentation from our external auditor. There will also be an opportunity to hear about our future plans.
