Angela McNab

Angela McNab is Deputy Chair and Non-Executive Director of Queen Victoria Hospital NHS Foundation Trust. She joined as Interim Chair in January 2026 and became Deputy Chair in October 2026, continuing to bring her experience and knowledge of the hospital to the Board.

Angela has a long-standing career in health and social care, spanning national policy, regulation and operational delivery. She has extensive experience at chief executive level, including at Camden and Islington NHS Foundation Trust and Kent and Medway NHS and Social Care Partnership Trust.

She has also worked as Director of Public Health, Delivery and Performance at the Department of Health and has held non-executive roles across health, social care and regulation.

Angela has a particular interest in strategic leadership and developing positive and inclusive organisational cultures and is a qualified executive coach. She is also a Non-Executive Director and Vice Chair of NHS Kent and Medway.
