Kalee Talvitie-Brown

Kalee joined the Board in July 2026.

Kalee Talvitie-Brown has over 25 years of experience across professional services, healthcare and charities. As a former PwC Strategy Partner, she worked with public and private sector Boards on complex transformations and strategic change. Her executive experience includes 8 years on PwC’s Consulting Executive Board where she had a strong focus on cultural change and people leadership. She was a Trustee at the PwC Foundation and Vice President of the Management Consultancies Association. Kalee has lived and worked in multiple countries including Finland, Russia, Belgium and the US before settling in the U.K. She has an MBA from Solvay Business School in Brussels.

She is also the Chair of the Polka Theatre, which is the oldest children’s theatre in the country.
