Junior doctors’ strike 10 February

The British Medical Association has announced that the junior doctors’ industrial action planned for 10 February will go ahead.
QVH is carrying out detailed work to minimise any impact on patients. While patient safety and care quality will not be affected, it is likely that some inpatient, day case and outpatient appointments will need to be rearranged. The minor injuries unit will be open as normal.
We are working to identify patients whose appointments will need to be rearranged so that we can notify them in advance. We aim to ensure that no patient appointments are cancelled on the day.
Please assume that your appointment at QVH is unaffected by the strikes unless we contact you to tell you otherwise.
