Due to the pandemic, Queen Victoria Hospital NHS Foundation Trust (QVH) is holding its annual general meeting virtually this year via Microsoft Teams on Monday 28 September.
Anyone interested in joining is asked to please register here on Eventbrite providing their email address, and mobile number (as backup purely for the purposes of there being any technical issues and the Trust needing to contact you to inform).
All registered participants will receive an email prior to the event with the log-in details for the meeting.
What the AGM will cover
The event will include a summary of the Trust’s performance and our plans for the 2020/21 financial year, and a presentation from the auditor. Unfortunately we are not able to include a talk from one of our clinicians this year, we hope to resume our engaging series of events highlighting the great clinical work at QVH later in the year.
Submitting a question
To help us manage the technology needed for our first virtual AGM and to ensure that considered responses can be given it is asked that any questions are submitted in writing in advance. Where we are not able to respond to questions verbally during the AGM we will follow up by email and include them in the written record. Please email them (at least three clear working days) to Hilary.Saunders1@nhs.net and mark the email “Questions for the AGM”.
