Mask wearing at our hospital

Mask wearing at our hospital

We are asking that all patients and visitors, unless they are exempt, please continue to wear a face mask when in any of our clinical areas. If you forget to bring one with you, please ask a member of staff.

This is in line with other providers across Sussex.

We will keep this under review and advise if it changes.

You are no longer required to wear a face mask in a non-clinical area, for example in the car park.

Before coming to the hospital please ensure that you are well and do not have any symptoms of COVID. This includes a new continuous cough, a high temperature, or loss of taste and/or smell, as well as the extended list of symptoms listed on the NHS website. If you have any of these please do not come, even if they are mild or intermittent.

If you have any questions please speak to a member of staff.

Thank you for your cooperation.
