Queen Victoria Hospital is a specialist hospital providing life-changing surgery and known for pioneering new techniques and treatments.
We’re holding an interactive careers event on Thursday 30 March from 5.45-8.30pm here at the hospital where you’ll have a chance to meet staff from a range of teams, watch medical simulation training in action, learn skills and more.
To apply complete a short online application form before Sunday 12 March. You’ll receive an email to confirm your place if you’re successful and more details about the event itself.

The small print:
Applications for work experience events will be considered for students in years 10-13, aged from 15 to 18 years old, who attend school, college or educational establishments on the approved local schools list or live within a 10 mile radius of QVH [link opens PDF]. Applications will also be considered for children and siblings of staff members who wish to pursue an NHS career.
Places are limited so be quick!
As the event is taking place within the hospital please can we ask that you do not attend on the evening if you are unwell or have any Covid symptoms.
