Change to where you can get a cuppa and snack this week

The Spitfire Restaurant (Building 14) will be closing at 2pm on Tuesday 19 September for a re-fit, reopening on Tuesday 26 September.

During the closure there are a number of options for where you can grab a hot or cold drink, sandwich or snacks:

the Hurricane Café (Main Hospital, Location 50, near the corneoplastics unit). You can buy sandwiches, cakes, and a range of hot or cold drinks. It will be open 9am-5pm Monday to Friday and Saturday 9am-4pm.
vending machines in the Lancaster Lounge (Main Hospital, Location 14, near Canadian Wing). You can buy sandwiches, snacks and hot or cold drinks.
vending machine by the cash machine (Main Hospital, blue zone) for snacks.
vending machines by main theatres reception (Main Hospital, opposite Location 60). You can buy snacks and hot drinks.

Food for patients admitted to our hospital will not be affected.
