Patients can access new appointment letters online
Wednesday 28th February 2024

From Wednesday 28 February any QVH patient aged 16 and over will be able to access their newly issued* appointment letters online using the My Health and Care Record platform. This means you can access your information securely, on any device or the NHS App, at any time, and help the environment too.
Once registered for My Health and Care Record, powered by Patients Know Best (PKB), you will receive an email notification letting you know a letter sent from Wednesday 28 February onwards is available to read. You will no longer need a paper copy sent through the post and you do not need to print it out for your appointment. It is the same system already used in other trusts across Sussex.
If you are a QVH patient and not yet registered for My Health and Care Record, or you do not view your appointment letter online, it will be sent out through the post as normal. Radiology/diagnostic appointments are not yet available to view digitally.
You can find out more about My Health and Care Record, how to join, and a helpful question and answer document here [Link].
* Historic appointment letters are not available on My Health and Care Record – any letters sent from 28 February 2024 will be.
