Patients can access new appointments online

From Monday 7 October any QVH patient aged 16 and over will be able to access their newly issued* appointment dates online using the My Health and Care Record platform. This means you can access your information securely, on any device or the NHS App, at any time, and help the environment too.

Once registered for My Health and Care Record, powered by Patients Know Best (PKB), you will receive an email notification letting you know that your appointments from Monday 7 October onwards are available to view on your online record. You will also be able to see when appointments are changed.

It is the same system already used in other trusts across Sussex and patients who are registered can already receive their appointment letters online through My Health and Care Record.
