Postage issue
Wednesday 20th November 2024
On Thursday 14 November the courier responsible for our second class post experienced a fire in one of its trailers. Unfortunately this was carrying mail from QVH. We have not been notified if any/many of the letters were salvageable and have successfully been sent on.
We are re-issuing letters to patients that were sent between lunchtime on Wednesday 13 November and lunchtime Thursday 14 November.
There is a chance that some patients may receive their letter twice. If you do receive two letters please accept our apologies. Unfortunately we have no way of confirming whether any of the original letters reached their destination.
If you are a patient and have any questions or concerns about this postage issue please call 01342 414226. If we are unable to speak to you at that time please leave a voicemail and we will reply to you within 24 hours (Monday to Friday).
