GP Education Evening: QVH Community Diagnostic Centre

Free evening session for GPs and practice teams
We are hosting a free education evening on Thursday 2 July from 6.30-8.30pm to support GP practices in using our Community Diagnostic Centre (CDC) here at Queen Victoria Hospital, with a focus on our Breathlessness Pathway.
The session will help build confidence in when and how to refer, what patients can expect, and how the pathway can support primary care by enabling quicker access to coordinated diagnostic testing.
We’ll cover:
- Referral process via eRS
- Referral criteria, including inclusion/exclusion
- Patient experience at the QVH CDC
- Benefits for patients and primary care
- Opportunities to feedback and help shape future pathways.

- Where: Education Centre (Location 40) at Queen Victoria Hospital NHS Foundation Trust, Holtye Road, East Grinstead, RH19 3DZ.
- When: Thursday 2 July
- Time: 30pm-8.30pm
- Light buffet and networking from 6.30pm
- Parking is available onsite.
