Urgent roadworks onsite
Saturday 15th March 2025

We are carrying out some important work around our hospital to improve the roads and pavements. Unfortunately the works taking place onsite today (Saturday 15 March) have uncovered some unexpected issues. This means urgent work need to continue into next week.
A number of parking spaces opposite the main hospital building, before the MRI scanner, will be taken out of use to allow the works to be carried out safely. This includes a small number of disabled spaces. For the duration of the works, if you need to use a disabled space, you can use any other available bay as long as you have your blue badge on display.
It is hoped the work will be completed by the end of next week.
Access to radiology via the pillared entrance, Building 2 (QVH Macmillan Centre and prosthetics) and the MRI scanner are unaffected.
We apologise for any inconvenience whilst this essential work takes place.
