David Porter
Public Governor
David joined the Council of Governors in August 2024.
He has lived in East Grinstead since 1993. David is a semi-retired insurance executive, regulator and management consultant. with a wide range of experience gained over 40 years in business.
A graduate of the University of Glasgow, David continues to support his old university through membership of its 1451 Society. David is involved in a number of local charities, and is a Trustee-Treasurer of the Peredur Centre for the Arts.
His interests include sports, wildlife, gastronomy and travelling.
