Kenneth Sim

Ken worked as a Consultant Anaesthetist here at QVH for many years, and wanted to become a governor to contribute to the debate about the hospital’s future, in particular the specialist services that QVH provides across the South East.

Now in his second term, Ken supports the efforts required to deliver the new QVH Strategy, recognising the challenges we face. He believes that governors have a modest but important role in holding hospital management to account, and shares the pride and loyalty to the hospital that so many staff and local people feel.
