Orthotics (surgical appliances)

We provide specialist orthotics to outpatients referred by their treating clinician or GP.

Patients are assessed by trained orthotists and supported by site-based appliance officers. The service includes the supply and fitting of orthopaedic footwear, insoles, shoe adaptations and a range ankle/foot orthoses, spinal/abdominal supports, splints, surgical collars and specialist support/compression stockings.

We also supply a range of breast prosthesis.

We accept referrals from the following sources:

  • Hospital consultant or specialist team
  • Allied Health Professional
  • GP
