Miss Sarah Williams

Specialist interest: Breast reconstruction, microsurgery, general plastic surgery.

Miss Sarah Williams is a UK-trained Consultant Plastic Surgeon at Queen Victoria Hospital and on the GMC specialist register.

Sarah graduated from King’s College London in 2012, where she was awarded a First Class Honours degree in Anatomy before completing her medical degree obtaining a Distinction in Clinical Sciences. She completed her higher surgical training in Plastic Surgery across the London deanery. At the end of her training, Sarah undertook a dedicated Breast and Microsurgery Fellowship at Queen Victoria Hospital as well as an Aesthetic fellowship at The McIndoe Centre. She was awarded the Intercollegiate Fellowship in Plastic Surgery, FRCS(Plast) in 2023.

A committed educator, Sarah holds a Postgraduate Certificate in Clinical Education with distinction and has taught extensively throughout her career. She continues to contribute to regional teaching programmes and faculty development, reflecting her commitment to surgical education and training. In 2024 she was part of the team who developed and delivered the first reconstructive teaching programme in The Gambia with the charity BFIRST, supporting surgical education in a global health setting.

Sarah is dedicated to providing compassionate, patient-centred care. She believes that every patient should feel informed, supported and involved in decisions about their treatment, and she works closely with colleagues across the multidisciplinary team to achieve the best possible outcomes for every individual.
